Hi, I’m Tara, the Springbank Hospital Care Coordinator. I bring over 14 years of experience in the veterinary industry, and I’m excited to return to where my heart has always been—animal care—by joining the Springbank Pet Hospital team. Much of my clinical background was spent in the fast-paced world of Emergency and Critical Care, but I’ve always valued the meaningful, long-term relationships that grow in small animal general practice. Earlier in my career, I also had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Jeff Dand during his early years in veterinary medicine. After several successful years running my own business in the telecommunications industry, where I developed strong skills in HR, finance, and client relations, I realized my true passion remained in veterinary medicine. I’m thrilled to blend my business leadership experience with my clinical roots to help support both our team and the Springbank community. Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Jason, and I love spending time hiking with our black lab, Rio.
